What do I need to bring?

Bring a yoga mat, and optional water bottle and towel. The studio does not provide mat hire.  If you are in a bind and unable to access a mat, please send a message to secure one of my spares.

Is it OK if I am a beginner?

Absolutely! Many of our students practiced yoga for the very first time with this group.  The classes are taught to a beginner level and expect no prior knowledge of yoga.  With that said, I often offer variations on foundational poses just in case some students want to challenge themselves in a different way.  Every pose is optional, and there are lots of fun options!

Is it sexual?

The classes are not at all sexual.  Any sexual behaviour, unwanted advances or commentary may result in dismissal. 

How do I pay?

You can pay via eftpos, cash, or bank transfer.  The cost is $20.

What kind of person comes to naked yoga?

We have a wonderfully diverse group of students ranging from their 20’s to 70’s.  Most of our regular students had no experience with yoga prior to coming to naked yoga, and now they come once or twice a week.

Are the classes mixed?

At this point the classes are offered only for men.

Where do I park?

There is a City of Subiaco parking lot behind the studio which is free on weekends and after 5 PM on weekdays.  You can also try your luck with street parking.
